A shout out to a client that takes #BeBraveEngage seriously!
I had the distinct pleasure of hosting 6 client engagement dinners for a client (yes…it’s a rough life I lead) in Vancouver, Kamloops, and Kelowna.
The company is undertaking a rebrand and wants to ensure their customers are in the loop, can ask questions, and are along for the journey offering their ideas and insight.
What a concept: making sure you understand the gaps and uncertainties to make plans to address them BEFORE you launch an entire campaign or new brand. Just brilliant! And yes, even though you’re opening yourself up and being vulnerable, clients are impressed and have nothing but respect for the process and to provide feedback.
