Adapting to remote and hybrid work environments

The idea of remote work or hybrid working environments has gained significant traction in the past few years, signaling a transformation in the way we work. At Amplify Consulting Inc., we’ve always embraced this new way of working, which has broadened our perspective on ‘work culture’.

Our team enjoys the flexibility to work remotely, allowing us to balance our professional and personal lives in a unique way. This flexibility has allowed our team to work from home and even work from other parts of the world.

For us, the remote work environment and flexibility have contributed to our company's overall success, allowing us to hire team members who don’t all work in the same city and, with the right technologies, the opportunity to stay in touch and work together seamlessly.

We recognize that remote work can sometimes feel isolating, so we ensure we intentionally stay connected by hosting weekly meetings, project kick-off meetings, and opportunities to collaborate online with project management software.

This commitment helps create a more positive and productive work environment while we are all physically not in the same office.

Aleece Laird, Amplify’s CEO, emphasizes the importance of employee well-being.

"One way we prioritize our team's mental and emotional health is by providing a great work-life balance and ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for. Our weekly team meetings are designed to foster support and allow team members to celebrate personal and professional victories. Additionally, we organize team retreats to strengthen our connections. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions are also instrumental in ensuring a supportive work environment."

As we move ahead, we are excited to keep fostering a work culture that aligns with the evolving modern landscape, thriving on diversity and connectivity and characterized by flexibility and inclusivity, even remotely!
