Welcome, 2025!

A year of Efficiency, Choice, Consistency, Delight, and Gratitude for the Amplify Team

As we step into the new year, our team at Amplify Consulting Inc. is excited to choose a word that will once again guide us through the year, setting the tone for personal and professional growth. This practice allows us to reflect on our goals and create a roadmap that will help us achieve them.

We would like to share our chosen words for 2025 and invite you to take a moment to reflect on your journey. Consider selecting a word that aligns with your aspirations for this new year ahead!

Amy’s Word: Efficiency

As the leader responsible for Amplify's administrative needs, I choose efficiency as my word of the year because it is one of the best tools to support everyone on my team. In communications, efficiency becomes indistinguishable from clarity, which is critical for successful client and internal communications. Efficiency is essential in standardizing repetitive tasks and processes, like onboarding new employees. When I efficiently manage the details, our team can view the big picture, streamlining the services and support we deliver to our amazing clients.

Kimberlee’s Word: Choice

My 2025 word of the year is "CHOICE" inspired by two quotes that I love: Laurie Buchanan's "Whatever you are not changing, you are choosing!" and a saying my husband often shares, "A lack of options gives you great clarity."

Together, these ideas emphasize the power of intentional decision-making and the focus that comes when your choices are streamlined ~ guiding me to choose purposeful growth and clarity in my actions as a leader, employee, friend, wife, and mother! While we often have the power to choose our path and influence outcomes, there are times when the final result may be beyond our control—but even then, how we react is our choice.

Foram’s Word: Consistency.

This year, I am committed to being consistent—in my work, health, spirituality, relationships, and even my food habits.

Yoga taught me something profound: the consistency of a practice far outweighs its intensity. The Sanskrit word sadhana resonates deeply with me. It represents a disciplined and consistent practice toward mastery in any area of life. It's about showing up for yourself, regularly and wholeheartedly, to master whatever you pursue.  2024 taught me it’s not about being perfect but being present, disciplined, and committed.

My goal is to embody this principle, giving 100% to everything I do, no matter the circumstances. Consistency, for me, is the foundation of growth and success for 2025.  Here’s to 365 days of consistency and all the growth that comes with it!

Aleece’s Word: Delight

I am a woman of great hurry and quick movement – I like to hustle and bustle through life. This is why I like the word ‘delight’ – to take great pleasure. Whether it be a cup of coffee, a gentle snowfall, birds chattering with another, or the delight of a good conversation with a friend, I like the idea of more intentionally enjoying the multitude of little things and moments that make up our lives. So this year, I will delight in what surrounds me and take more notice to have appreciation.

Valeria’s Word: Gratitude

Coming off from my last word of the year being ‘intentional’, I realized a word that always kept coming back – gratitude. It’s easy to think we own the world’s problems, to get overwhelmed with our daily lives and responsibilities, and seek more – more time, money, friends, clothes, and so forth. I have realized that when I shift my focus from what’s lacking in my life to what is already abundant, I am less stressed and therefore more present to enjoy the little things that make me happy. My goal this year is to practice gratitude every time I can, especially when it proves to be harder – not merely saying ‘thank you’ more often but rather making an effort to notice the small wins, practicing random acts of kindness, and showing genuine appreciation for all the things and people in my life.
